Pfizer round one. A huge relief. While I feel like a young Forrest Gump, I took a friend’s advice and am now bracing up before future runs/lifting. Plus researched proper icing/heating to help get my knees back to pre-COVID status. Run #4 on the last sunny day until Friday. My ACL is still grumpy, but taking care of it and running on short intervals. First run of the year. Managed five minutes before I got tired and my right knee nope’d out. Long road ahead to recover from months at my desk! More stretching and goal to hit 6 minutes next time :) A look at the Zoom home broadcasting centre. On wheels, two 32” monitors and a Nintendo Switch with TV in the back :) Weekly groceries include an attempt to replicate a fancy dinner at Red Lobster for one. Cheddar biscuits always centre stage lol
